Five-course culinary journeys that encapsulate the seasons are served exclusively in Doyle's, Thursday - Saturday, Harnessing the goodness of our West Country surroundings, your five-course menu will be filled with forward thinking, delicious, nourishing dishes, served in playful and creative ways. Dine in our beautiful 2AA Rosette restaurant with views of the waves.

Vibrant brasserie fare

As the sun sets, delicious offerings can be found in the Bay Brasserie. Spacious and stylish yet seriously relaxed, this dining experience is the place to sit back, share a toast, and indulge. Whether your style is a taste of the Mediterranean, a delicate pasta dish, a perfectly-cooked steak, or beautifully prepared local seafood, you’ll find it on our menus - cooked to perfection and served with flair. Served alongside a carefully considered wine list and expertly mixed cocktails. Menus are subject to change to encapsulate the seasons and the freshest catches from the day boats, the below is a sample menu.

FAMILY DINING

Big tastes, for smaller appetites

 

The whole family is welcome at Woolacombe Bay. We completely appreciate that Little People still have big tastes, so we have a special menu, just for them. Children can dine in the Bay Brasserie, where dinner is available from 6pm. Snacks are available throughout the day. This is a spacious, bright, and breezy brasserie with a light-filled courtyard and oodles of space for high chairs and tabletop colouring. It also has underfloor heating which is always popular for families traveling with four-legged friends. Dogs are welcome in the courtyard, providing they are kept on a lead.
