Sessions
Pilates and Yoga are total body, low impact exercises that balance strength with mobility. Practicing yoga or pilates on a regular basis will improve:
- Posture
- Muscle strength & tone
- Balance & coordination
- Joint mobility & muscle flexibility
- Mental health
You’ll focus your mind and challenge your body, in a single practice.
Both equally beneficial, Pilates sessions focus on improving posture , core strength , mobility of your joints and and muscle flexibility. Yin Yoga, focuses on releasing tension from the mind and body, strengthening and relaxing muscles. A gentle stress-releasing flow will work the body and calm the mind.
YOGA / PILATES SESSION: £10 (1-hour)
PILATES PASS: £80 (10 sessions, valid for 4 months)
1-2-1 PRIVATE PILATES SESSION: £40 (1-hour)
